Cottage for 12 people with heated and covered pool in Nonglard
near Annecy and its lake

My accommodation is close to Annecy (12 km). You will enjoy my cottage for his heated and covered pool, quiet, contact with nature, pedestrian paths and mountain-biking at the start of the house, sports activities related to the lake and the mountain nearby, comfortable beds, comfort, quiet and silence, the view. My accommodation is perfect for couples, business, families (with children) and large groups. Pool is opened and heated from may until the end of october.

Pool (15 meters long)

The pool is heated in season (from the beginning of spring to mid-autumn), it is discovered during the day in the summer season. The pool is closed from the end of october until may.

Location

The cottage is located in a remote village of a dozen kilometers of Annecy, in the quiet, the nearest ski resort is 45 min, count 55 minutes to La Clusaz and le Grand Bornand.

Sleeping

Beds are distributed on a mezzanine with 6 single beds, 3 bedrooms with double beds in 160, one of them with a bathroom :

  • Room 2: 1 double bed
  • Room 3: 1 double bed
  • Room 4: 6 beds
  • Common spaces: 1 sofa bed

Schedules

Arrival and departure schedules must conform to the rules below, with a minimum of flexibility depending on your and my restraints.

  • Check in: 14:00 – 18:00
  • Departure: 10:00

Hiking & biking

Tracks of mountain-bike and pedestrian paths directly out of the cottage.
For most athletes wishing to hike safely, I can also put you in contact with mountain guides.

Prices & Availabilities

Rental is possible for week-end or for two days minimum excepted during school holidays. WE package is 600€. For rental only two days during the week it depends of the period in the year. For more than 2 days, please contact me. During school french holidays rentals are weekly or bi-weekly only.
Bed sheets and towels are provided. The pool is open from may until the end of october.
It is possible to have a meal on the day of your arrival on request (prevent at least 72 hours in advance). The price of the meals is 20€ / person (including wine).
A deposit, no boiler, 2000€ (by cheque or cash) is requested upon arrival then returned the day of departure. Cleaning package possible (80€)
